agrophobia..or what is left of it..

I was not limited to my immeditae environment but rather say a 20k radius of any town I happened to live in.

I developed this condition when i experienced the loss of my dad..

Last week I had to got to Adelaide..the person who usually travels with me, a family member, who was like my security blanket, was unable to come, and as it was an important trip, I still had to go.

So I said to her "Ill go out the road and see if im ok- and then if you dont see me back within say 1/2 hr it means Ill be ok."

I actually was ok..I had broken a fear of(open spaces) that , in its own way has seen my life restricted because of it.

I am proud that I dared to face it.

The next one?     HEIGHTS!!!!!

I often have a fear of missing out which these days is called FOMO.
If I hear about a course or activity someone has signed their kids up to I feel like my children are missing out.
At times I feel rather anxious about it all.
