Well, yes. I think we've already established that Rudd is more likely than not to be PM by the end of the year.

I think all that emphasises is that Rudd will be elected on a 'change for changes sake' basis

Welcome to a two party system where whatever decision the populace make will hardly make one iota of difference in the real world
