What makes you think Arab exporters only get 'a pittance' for what they hand over to oil companies? They have made a fortune from it.

I've seen documentaries that detail it, and show that the bulk of the profits the Saudi family and their lackeys get, is all invested back into the USA anyway.

Let's first establish, there's not really any Arab exporters. Almost all of the oil in Arabic countries is owned by the royal families of those countries. They were made "royal" by the British FYI, most had absolutely no historical claim to rulership in the country they ended up becoming rulers. They were established by the colonialists, and their close relationship with the colonialists exist till this day. The colonialists offer them weapons and other means by which to control their peoples and maintain their position, and they provide the colonialists with dirt cheap oil.

Yes, but that wasn't actually one of your claims. It was a random factoid you googled. Every time I ask you to back up one of these conspiratorial claims, you just move on to making another. You've gone from claiming the US took just about everything and left very little to claiming the Saudis have made billions and have run out of places to invest it locally so are investing overseas, then using that wealth to apply political pressure. Sooner or later you will have to stop blaming the west for everything and let the Arabs take some responsibility for their own actions.

No I didn't. That is Saudi money. Please read the bit you quoted again. I am not the one building a conspiracy theory around this. You are. Do try to back it up.

This is what I was responding to:

The pathetic Arab exporters get a pittance for what they gladly hand over to the Western oil companies.

Now maybe you think all those billions are a pittance. Or maybe you think that investing the money and threatening to withdraw their investments means they are 'handing it over' and getting nothing in return. The middle east doesn't have much going for it, beyond all the oil. But they are getting filthy rich off that alone.
