Could you help me about my report?

Hi I'm Thai student .

My teacher assigns my report about Australia Public Service reforms. .

Now I have a problem about reason to Civil service reforms and I want the information about periods of reform such as Centralisation Decentralisation?

And how many periods which Aus Reforms along with roughly details?

Hi Ozz,

If I've read your post correctly, your focus is on the public/civil service and arguments for and against a centralised or decentralised system.
