When/how/why/what do you pray ?

At times I pray by myself, at times with others.
At times while I am cycling, other times when I am cooking, or lying on my back or going to sleep.

At times it is for me, or for others, or for those who ask or for those who don't.

At times I am in need, or thankful.

At times it is just say gidday.

The best prayers are when I just listen
Or ask for Gods will to be done

But thats a pretty brave one.

Usually it is to ask for something like guidance or release from problems or protection or what have you. But I don't feel that helps you get closer to God. For that I use astral projection, which I haven't done for about a year...
