note to moderators re: mass deletions

We now have a 'full house' of moderators - all the member run boards have a moderator appointed. I'd like to remind moderators that although they are free to moderate how they wish, they are not entitled to do a 'mass deletion', for example by deleting every thread if they decide to leave the forum, or by deleting every post a member has made as some kind of punishment. It is a pain in the arse to restore them all afterwards.
