The Tyson Foods Tennessee plant has replaced a traditional American holiday, Labor Day, with a Muslim Religeous Holiday ending around Ramadan, justifying there actions with a comment that "employees will still have eight paid vacation days a year"!

It is important to the Muslims, but not to anyone else. Unless of course one holiday is in the spring and the other is in winter.
