Turn your head on the side so the couple is lying down. That is how it is.

I have actually done some combatives which is that stuff in the picture tallowood posted. I learnt some from a guy who used to be a super soldier (nothing like the stuff you find in books) and some from a guy who used to be a copper soldier (exactly what you see in the books).

(stiletto's come in handy here too). Girly-bum men may also do the same thing
