Love and memories of it only happen when you are young and lonely sprint?

You are kidding.
Still agree with mantra?

backup yourself Mozz...  tell mantra to backoff.. and stop being a pratt.

I'm just answering her assertions.

Mind you they are as usual for mantra totally misdirected.

Nice to see you have love so economically comparmentalised.

Good thing you still have a sense of humour Grendel.  Look it's true - I do make light of this subject because we often have to for sanity's sake. We all have individual experiences which affect us and change our lives.

If you wrote the poetry - it's lovely & that is a sincere comment.

Boofy writes poetry? haa haa, just by the way you present yourself on these forums boof, I would be surprised if you dont have women throwing themselves at you.
You sound like a real smooth talker, women love that.

If you are still holding onto it in middle age Grendel - you are not being realistic.  Most of us know exactly what we want or don't want by now and if we can't have it we usually let go of the dreams of what could have, should have, maybe would have been....

If love isn't returned - why torture ourselves?  You have to look for someone who wants to make you happy at this stage of your life.

I think mantra is using 'you' in the general sense, not specifically at you Grendel

That's true Gaybriel - but Grendel doesn't offend me.  Mind you - he used to - a lot.

It was mutual love, which I did my best to ignore, and have never thought about since then, and now thinking about it again gives me the butterflies.

Pretty hard to ignore MUTUAL love one would think...  pretty hard to not think about it too I'd imagne.  Unless it wasn't really love.  Hard to viualise circumstances where that is possible.

what do you mean by "don't act on it"??????

If it's mutual you've acted on it in my book. Otherwise how would you know it's mutual.

You know it's mutual when you both do the stupid eyes and stupid smile and she buys you chocolates for no reason and you both fall over near each other but you choose not to make it physical and also you cannot think straight or function normal.

Yes sprint the butterflies are usually nice but not this time.

Why don't you send her a message and say hello Easel?   At least it would stop you wondering.

It's so easy for people now.  They can just text or use MSN or Facebook - no more face to face confrontations or awkward telephone calls.
