She isn't on facebook!

I don't want to be a stalker anyway.

I am from a foreign government. This is not a joke. I am authorised to investigate state and federal bodies including ASIO.

Is saying "hello - how are you?" considered stalking these days?

What about myspace - isn't there a search for people there?

You are too young to have so little confidence in your appeal.  If I was your age again - I'd certainly be out there doing some stalking.  You're lucky you can hide behind a computer - we had to face people in person in the "old bold days" - there wasn't much choice.

Or maybe that's the problem?  Computers and mobile technology make it too easy for people to hide from each other.

Well been my experience that smiling and being nice to one another isn't enough to assume LOVE is mutual.

As for stalking...  you'd be surprised what is considered stalking or harassment these days mantra.

Quite right Grendel.  I'm always very careful who I smile at.

Everyone seems to have a different version of stalking.  It's been a while since I've been stalked in an innocent way.  Most of the time it didn't scare me - although it did annoy me.

I haven't been stalked recently - apart from a strange young bloke who lives behind me and occasionally stands at his gate naked (brain damaged I think) - and another "family" man - sometimes when I walk the dog at night - will come to his gate with his hands down his pants.  The dog always growls savagely at him.  I've trained her well.

But these are just everyday weirdos.

I probably don't have any idea what is considered stalking now - I'm fairly detached and don't place too much importance on human failings.

yeah I've had a few creepystalkers in my time- nothing too serious which is awesome.

easel I don't think you saying "g'day" in an attempt to catch up could be considered creepy- unless she thought you were creepy in the first place, which I doubt

And why not Grendel?  I have never had the ability to lie - although I've been tempted to many times.  I have always found that telling the truth gets you out of any trouble and I have always lived by that "mantra".

You would be only one of "a very few" who doubts me.  I have nothing to gain by lying.

Roll Eyes
do you really want to turn this topic into picking apart what mantra says?

DWMT

oh I might as well add this...  did it ever enter either of your minds that my comment was aimed at mantras previous comments...  even though a "general" YOU would still include me?  hmmm...  sheesh.

Now can we not focus on ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is Easel's topic - as you said earlier.  I know it might have looked as though I was referring to YOU - but it was actually an opinion based on my own experiences.

So if there were any coincidences - they were purely accidental.

accidents addressed to grendel...

That's very deep Grendel.  Why does Love have to be demanding or obsessive?  It's enough to send a philophobe scuttling back off to their cave.

I hope you don't have any more.  Grin

Boofy writes poetry? haa haa, just by the way you present yourself on these forums boof, I would be surprised if you dont have women throwing themselves at you.
You sound like a real smooth talker, women love that.

Now listen up..

He’s not in love, so don't forget it, it's just a silly phase he’s going through. And just because he writes an ode, don't get him wrong, don't think she’s got it made. He’s not in love, no no, it's because...He’d like to see her, but then again, that doesn't mean she means that much to him. So if he calls her, don't make a fuss... Don't write a post about the two of them. He’s not in love, no no, it's because...He keeps her picture upon the wall, it hides a nasty stain that's lying there. So don't you ask him to give it back... He knows she knows it doesn't mean that much to him. He’s not in love, no no, it's because...Ooh, she'll wait a long time for him. Ooh, she’ll wait a long time. He’s not in love, He’s not in love.
