and again- the issue wouldn't be a matter of can't, maybe won't or simply doesn't- but not cant. such is the nature of god.

the answer is in the first quote I gave you- that he communicates, but not through words or letters. why? I don't believe the reason for this is given and I wouldn't presume to speculate about god

blowing up buses and trains [London & Madrid]

running explosive laden vehicles into airport buildings [Scotland]

beheading apostates [Saudi Arabia]

These were not muslims Yadda!

All of these ppl only  claimed  to be muslims.

Real muslims, don't misunderstand ISLAM.

If ISLAM is peace, and ISLAM is Allah's perfect religion, all of these violent ppl [who claim to be muslims] would not be 'misunderstanding' ISLAM, and killing ppl for Allah's cause.

The only 'deniers', and 'misunderstanders', are ppl who reject the TRUTH of what ISLAM is.

Those who are the apologists for ISLAM.

The translation as evolved is definitely strange, never heard it before, then again I don't really use Yusuf Ali's translation. Most translations say 'raised up', but actually the literal translation of this word would be "to come out of" You are the best nation to come out of mankind or "to arise out of" mankind. It comes from the verb meaning to exit.

Although some more modern translations have tended to use more scientific words relating to modern knowledge when re-examining a text for translation (like saying the cosmos is expanding), I don't think this is a case of that. Yusuf Ali's translation is firstly quite old, not as old as the theory of evolution, but I highly doubt the theory of evolution would've been that widespread in his time, nor would've he have been like to incorportate such things into his translation.
