Passive gay man and prostate cancer

Gay man can be mail (active ) and female ( passive ) orientated. The orgasm of an active gay man is similar as in heterosexual man.
For many it is unknown the mechanism of female (passive) gay man orgasm. Unlike many people think, It has little to do with overstated things like psychology, emotions etc.
The answer is much simpler: Almost everything is about stimulation of prostate gland.

That's not exactly a PhD. If you want people to respond with any more thought than mockery, you should spend more than a minute on google looking into it.
