What is your honest opiinion of the company that you work for?

I have a friend who worked for Telstra, then called Telecom in the 1970s. He told me that when he started, he was given a big bag of mail, which were complaints from customers, and told, he had to call them up and talk about their complaints. Not do anything about them of course, but just say, that Telecom took their complaints very seriously and was investigating the problem. The letters were up to ten years old, so he was ringing people and saying 'You know how you complained in 1967 about your phone? Well Telecom takes that complaint very seriously and is investigating the problem.' He said it was non-stop abuse in response.
