tallowood,
Quote:whos grave was there before moslims desicrated it?
This is clearly answered in my post above.
1) Muslims didn't desecrate it, they simply removed the Jewish prayer articles, which had been placed inside the mosque, and opened back up the prayer niche, so it could be used as a mosque again. The pplace was a mosque, and there's no evidence whatsoever it was ever historically a Jewish place of worship, please read my post.
2) I already mentioned whose grave is claimed to be there, a Muslim saint from about 200 years ago, called Sheikh Yusef.

I really don't see what this has got to do with this issue, anyway...
Quote:Archaeological Find
Again, absolutely nothing to do with this issue... running out of things to say?
Or just felt the need to link to a random topic all of a sudden?
Quote:Both religions use graves as place of worship. How about jews go and dismantle Mohammed's grave?
But there's absolutely no evidence it was ever a Jewish grave or place of worship, prior to the Zionist occupation in 1967. Whereas Muslims have a clearly documented 200 year presence and usage of the site as a mosque, unbroken until it was militarily occupied in 1967 and the mosque desecrated and converted into a Jewish place of worship.
