It may tell you nothing. It tells me that if every living person moved to Australia tomorrow, the population density in this country would be still LESS than the current density in places like Bangladesh.
Or that Holland, roughly half the size of Tasmania, has 16 million people and to have that kind of density in Australia, our population would need to be around the 3 Billion mark.
