Donald - I have noidea.
Have only vaguely heard of that phrase before.
So if anyone has any idea on it, throw it in please !!

According to the link easel put up the 1st revelation was the 10 commandments from Mt Sinai.
The 2nd was when Jesus was here, as in the NT
The 3rd will be when he returns, as in the book of revelation.

Good luck.

I'd consider possession by the Holy Spirit is the third revelation, only going by what was written there, and that guys opinion, and I believe anyone can achieve this.

I have never heard of "3 revelations", being spoken of within the bible.

In teh KJV bible, a search on the word....
revelation
gets 10 hits, all in the NT.

If i were to guess, i would say that the next 'revelation' will be a revelation of God's nature, to men's understanding.
....[and it will not be a happy time, for many men!]

The OT suggests that there is a vail/veil between ourselves and God, making our comprehension [atm] of what God is, impossible.

Many Jewish ppl understand such a 'revelation' [of God] in the term, 'redemption'.

The Jewish ppl traditionally are awaiting their 'redeemer'.

e.g.
Psalms 130:1
<<A Song of degrees.>> Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.
2  Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
3  If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?
4  But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.
5  I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.
6  My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.
7  Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.
And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

Psalms 25:22
Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.

With reference to 'the children of Israel', the Jews [and their expectation of redemption], what i have written here may have some relevance....
"Like as a woman with child...."

This 'revelation', or understanding of what God is, which comes to men, is spoken of in a number of places in OT scripture.
.....[it is also alluded to as a 'fire' which will somehow 'burn', or consume, evil.]

Isaiah 25:7
And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.
8  He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.

Isaiah 40:5
And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

Malachi 3:1
....and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
2  But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth?

When God is revealed to their hearts, men will be ashamed [of their own arrogance] and be truly fearful of the TRUTH of their circumstance.....

Amos 5:18
Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.
19  As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him.
20  Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?

Revelation 6:16
And [men] said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

I hope this has been of some help.

+++++++

Proverbs 25:2
It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.

IMHO, this have nothing to do with any religion.

The first(?) revelation were Newtonian laws of classical physics.

The second revelation(s) were Maxwell's theory of unified electricity and magnetism and Albert Einstein's special relativity theory where he was able to explain the unity of electricity and magnetism as a consequence of the unification of space and time into an entity we now call spacetime.

The third revelation is unified field theories, which Albert Einstein started but was unable to finish, is still worked on, but it will not be the last.

The last if ever probably will be The Grand Unified Theory of Everything.

Maybe the 3 revalations are on a personal level.

1/ We are all born into this world.

2/ Some of us wonder if another "world" exists.

3/ Some of us discover it does.
