If you had made a decent post rather than just visit to call people names - I wouldn't have had to delete it. I want people to feel safe from name calling. I see it as a calm, friendly place with potential. As much as you run a friendly forum Monk – f......g this and c...t this becomes boring very quickly.

I’m aiming for quality and some substance. If I wanted to use a chat room with one liners – then your forum is the place to go.

Monk - Beowulf is an excellent poster and he doesn't abuse other members. You and Oceans do, yet I know you can both write so well when you choose to.

I'm sorry if you were offended at my comments, but you do swear a lot at your forum. I have to take criticism on the chin - can't you do the same? I can't do anything about the swearing at people on other forums - but on mine I can - because it is a reflection of me and my standards.

Of course it won't appeal to a lot of people - but it does to some and they can post there as themselves without threats, flaming or personal attacks.

Yes we argued a lot on Cracker, but I’ve argued with a lot of people and bounced back. I try to look at people as human beings also.

Mozzaok – there are some things you don’t understand about the characters on forums. People like you, me, Beowulf, Skippy, Helian etc all go under one name. There are so many others that use a dozen different names – IQ hasn't since Cracker.  He changed his name on Cracker every time he was banned – but we always knew who he was – he didn’t try and disguise his personality – which yes at times is completely obnoxious.

Don't infer I’ve become some sort of racist redneck. I like to explore both sides of an argument so I can see them clearly and my views are always flexible as I learn more.

I am getting worried about Australia’s population increase because I have children and they will never experience the easy life that I and others of my generation had for so long. There is so much competition out there now for work. I’m sure you and I both remember the days where you could get every job you applied for and more.

People are only numbers today as far as businesses are concerned. When they don’t like what they see here – they just send overseas for some more instead of utilising the abundance of youth we have here.
