the more monocultural a society is, the more cohesive it is.
The more people feel involved, safe and included.

The more multicultural a society is, the more muddled it becomes.
it's just like tipping some oil into some water.
we end up with neither water or oil, but just an unuseable mess to be cleaned up

the wealthiest safest healthiest societies are the most monocultural.

Just my point Calanen, Tassi is a great example of an isolated mono culture that could do with new blood, Ipswich is beyond saving, to many have the blood of Pauline.

Diversity of anything is not necessarily good. New ideas can be introduced from elsewhere, but they need to be subjected to criticism and analysis, like anyn other idea.

When you request diversity, and make an ideology immune from criticism, that is very very dangerous. The reason why totalitarian states prevent all criticism is based on keeping them in power and dominating the people. The same with ideologies, or one party states.

By letting Islam hide behind the 'its my religion so i can do whatever I like' excuse, you are letting Islam set up as its own totalitarian state, that is immune from criticism. This means its ideas must be presented as unchallenged, and many of its ideas and beliefs are exceptionally dangerous.

So while other ideas and beliefs are able to be criticised and challenged, in the quest for diversity, you are allowing an aggressive, violent and totalitarian ideology rise up and be immune from all criticism or means of checking its aggressive behaviour. What a bunch of morons Islam must consider us all to be. And they'd be right.
