PA doing a gypsy

Aussie is about to take this site's PA board to another location. Him and (maybe) the two members that still post there. Here he is saying that in his own words: http://www.polanimal.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=59&start=690#p10178

So, question to FD: what will you do then? Close the PA board or set it up again (and unban the many Aussie banned?) Guess FD should really ask the few that are still there (the two mods and about 2 others) what they want?

i'ld thimk some mods could participate in their own site.
it often is detrimental though

the mod has to post little, not have the last word, not start most threads, accept the fact he is going to be the target of some derision and wear it.
Also have to have enshrined the freedom of speech and almost invite criticism of ones most closely held beliefs.

yes, so HBS/darwin cannot be mod AND participate.
he makes a poor mod anyway, let alone posting also !!!!!!!

If he could, he would have blamed me too... but I got banned too early in his destructive reign for complaining to DT about Aussies harrassing, threatening and demanding pm's at DTs.

Aussie likes to ban people from his forum for what they do on other forums.

Any forum that he sets up will be as doomed as they have always been. He has never been a successful mod.

Exactly, no board Aussie is mod/Admin of can be a success, even his cabbies board is failing, because *Aussie never listens*

I do hope Aussie will be prevented from copying and deleting the membership list and post backlog. He wants to start a new board, new non-PA board he can start from scratch like I did! Hope Fd is finally listening

As for me posting too much at my board:

1. It is no one elses' business

2. I was starting the board, posting discussion starting topics etc

3. Some personal stuff, done in the hidden Admin folder, helping someone through some pretty severe health problems.
