He's had it since before christmas, but it is hidden.

no, you wonk. Thats NOT why one appoints independant experts.
independant experts are apppointed to give youo the best answer.
Now, if you are going to select those answers that suit your own political settings the most, that's your own political ego speaking.
It's NOT about the "independant experts" at all.

It takes more than a rudd to make a government, so why bother discussing him? Just ask "what should be the main features of a revised tax system" if you want a sensible discussion about tax.
