Did you listen to the short meditation tape Antonella? turn it on, any sound level you like, low or high, I prefer low, but that's just me.

Close your eyes, relax your body starting from your head and working down to your toes, breathe in and breathe out slowly, thinking of nothing but your breathing....in through your mouth....out through your nose, relax....in....out, totally relax.
