Australian Politics Forum - Why the scientology ads?

Sep 10^th, 2010 at 1:28pm I realise a website has got to make some money for operating costs but I was just wondering why the scientology banner ad has been prominently displayed for the past week or so. Are this forums operators believers in that particular "faith"? Or is it just a financial decision?

They tend to automatically correspond to whatever is or has been discussed on the site. Most of my ads are interacial dating webpage adverts.

I use google ads, which takes care of all the admin stuff for me. The ads are based not only on the site and forum content, but I think also on what google knows about your browsing history.
