How silly to even consider Euthanasia (Youth in Asia) for a certain Age.
But the first advert says much: Cultural advancement or Population Growth ?? Its a big choice. If we were overpopulated like China or Mexico or India ...the kid would have been 'killed off'.
But we are in Australia, where we need immigration just to keep our population growth in the blue.
So I guess the old man wins out ...well, not the political old man Wink
