As for sexual deviance.....paedophiles, homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals, transvestites, people who look at and have child pornography and people who perform sexual acts on animals.

So most neo-nazi's would be shown the door then? Sounds fair enough. I mean everybody knows that the SS were Hitler's bitches.

In your view, are dress-ups, role play and/or oral and anal sex betwixt heterosexuals acts of sexual deviance - or are they unworthy of execution...or corporal punishment!?

Dress ups, oral sex, anal sex between straight people is perfectly fine.

Quote:
What about phone sex?

Technically that isn't sex.

Quote:
What about sexting?

No

Quote:
What about prostitution?

Oh please, I'm not wanting to turn Australia into a Muslim country.

Quote:
What about the use of feathers and/or electric devices in the bedroom?

I refer you to my last comment.

Quote:
Hey, would you be rewarding or punishing heterosexual sado-masochism by withholding execution or corporal punishment!?

A nationalist government would have other things to deal with like the economy rather than what people did to themselves (straight people that is).

I, for one, find this resurgence of top-down racism deeply disturbing!

dont you also find it deeply distubing that foreign nationals come into a country and disrespect the countries rules/laws.some even with racist intent.

most drug dealers and importers are of foreign extract..I dont call that respect for race or culture.

Actually I'd just classify that as 'criminal behaviour' or GREED.....doesn't really mean disrespect for race/culture....

SWITZERLAND endorsed a far-right push to automatically expel foreign residents convicted of certain crimes.
The move has dismayed critics who described it as a "dark day for human rights."

Some 52.9 per cent of those who voted were in favour, while 47.1 per cent were against, with the country's German-speaking majority largely backing the proposal.

Only six out of 26 cantons rejected it.

The move came exactly a year after Switzerland shocked the world by agreeing to ban the construction of new minarets, which was another proposal backed by the far-right Swiss People's Party (SVP).

As with their campaign against minarets, the SVP had launched an aggressive campaign to push forward their proposal for the expulsion of foreign criminals, saying that those guilty of certain crimes should be stripped of their right to remain in the country.

well they do have a point. its all about respect I believe.

Cods, I think if you check, you'll find the same or similar laws re:foreign nationals/crime/explusion already apply in Australia...

Forget the "racist" label - this guy is an "extremist"!

Besides the execution of drug-peddlers (though I'll admit I don't really care about their lives very much) I didn't see much to disagree with in his statement. Extremist is meaningless when employed to denigrate a point of view; modern day liberalism is essentially the product of an extremism that would have been laughed at seventy years ago. Liberals have done nothing but be extreme and sow discord.

I would be in favour of a new and extra step to be added to our "Citizenship" process, whereby migrants wishing to be granted Australian cizenship would first be granted "Probationary" citizenship, not unlike we have for Driver's Licenses.

This Probationary system would require applicants to sign a contract, agreeing to not challenge deportation back to their country of origin, if they are found guilty of a major crime, like Drug Trafficking, Rape, Murder, Serious Assault, etc.
This would have the effect of ensuring that would be citizens were actively committing themselves to respecting the laws of our country, and were fully aware of the consequences of not doing so.

During the probationary period they would have all the normal rights, and obligations of citizenship, but also have the knowledge that these could be taken from them if they showed they did not deserve to keep it.

it isnt mandatory though is it.. they can fight it.. like the American has just done.. and we have to make all sort of investigations to see they are treated right.. even though they abused their rights and ours in our own country.

auctually I wasnt really referring to Australia in particular. on this.

when someone does get deported the bleeding hearts seem to come from somewhere and spend thousands of our dollars to give them more rights than seems fair sometimes.

If someone here gets thrown off their land or out of their house for probably non payments.. they dont come out of the woodwork to save them do they?..yet crims are given all sorts of legal help.in case we get it wrong or get accused of racism

Australian citizenship as a suspended sentence - hmm...

I think it'd be better to increase the waiting period (to at least 7 years) and increse the eligibility requirements: tax paying track record, English and no criminal conviction.
No family re-union for non-citizens. Swiss-style deportation of convicted non-citizens.
