I don't really like the current royal family either. They need to be replaced with a monarchy that is willing to do something to stop Britain transforming into a sh*tty blade runner-esque society.

Where does that leave a talented young person with poor parents?
What the students are protesting against , that seems to be happening in most english speaking countries, where rich overseas students, often less talented than the local students replace the local student, because their parents can afford to pay the exorbitant fees.
Who is really the loser; the country which allows so much local talent to be wasted.
Globalisation has a lot to do with it. I once read, that some Asians refer to Australia as the white "Trash of Asia" and the government should act and prevent that to happen by giving all the gifted students a chance of reaching their full potential.
I,am not sure how much European countries charge for education.

I doubt that the Poms care. When ER2 dies at 100, Charles will be around 75. He will sit on the Throne and could be there for another 20 years.

If you are so smart, how come you chose such poor, insignificant, parents? IF you are really so talented there are Scholarships that you can apply for. LIFE wasn't meant to be easy! Opportunity doesn't come knocking on your door .... you have to go out there and find it.

Instead of expecting Somebody Else to do it for you (government hand outs), get out there and do whatever is needed and stop blaming your rellies. My thoughts exactly. Just watch her medication when you go on holidays with her. You'll want her medicated, don't get me wrong - just not overly so. You'll see what I mean.
