It's not about gang-banging allegations, it's about the overall inappropriate conduct of the AFL and St Kilda FC and their treatment of another human being, irrespective of how old she was/is and how what they did or didn't do,(not managing the situation correctly) has damaged her both personally and professionally.

Attitudes need to change, we cant simply go on telling woman and girls they have rights,(even the basic right to adequate legal representation) when this simply isn't the case.

At the end of the day, the AFL should have lived up to their own policies concerning respect and woman, this and taken action against those who breeched it, well before this blew out of proportion.

But they didn't!

Why have a policy, if you have no intentions of living up to it?

It's time St Kilda and AFL officials got serious about the respectful treatment of women and in this case, 'minors' this and stopped making papers by way of scandal.
And it's time both the AFL and Vic-Police stopped covering up and defending one another as per (MOU) agreement.

This unacceptable conduct drags down the AFL, the Club, and society with it, and is unfair to the players that don't behave in this manner that they be condemned by a code which fails to live up to it's own policies.

Why have any policies at all.

Here are the incidents which were left 'unresolved' early last year (before the face book nude pic scandal our media are intentionally sensationalising to the AFLs advantage) which has allowed this entire affair to become what it has. Practically unmanageable...hence the need for St Kilda to appoint new management,.

So she who shall not be named now wants people to be judged under 'inappropriate behaviour'.
According to whose definition is that to be by? Some loose womans view?
If inappropriate behaviour was a crime then theyd be charged
And what of Duthie's behaviour surely that has been inappropriate even to admitting to lying and wanting others to send her photos

Now which party/person has been alleged to have tried to get money out of the other again?
Is that inappropriate or is that acceptable?
It also shows that the victim being asked to pay money hasnt done anything inapprorpiate.

The players breeched their AFL Respect and Responsibility policy, and nothing was done about their having done so.

And this is what's become of it, 'ironically' as a result of the AFL not insisting their AFL players 'respect' their policy, this or take 'responsibility' for their actions.
