This situation is running out of legs , to me it seems as though she nor anybody else will distribute the 8 minutes of alledged proof ? The rumours of vision being sent to her , of her having sex whilst being viewed by others including players who have publicly denied knowing her , drug use and the partaking of homo activities by teammates , is just that ' Rumours ' . There is also a couple of things which make it hard for people to believe it exists , 1 - why haven't the police gone after those who sent it to her , or are in possession for Poccessing an or distributing child pornography and 2 - why hasn't the AFL taken a greater stance , with the very likelihood that it will be slowly leaked and severly damage the whole games image like never before ?
Is it because it doesn't exist , like many , especially saint supporters
believe ? is it because the AFL nor police wish to be seen as homophobic and are sitting on there hands untill such time as they receive clear legal advice ? , or is that KD has not presented the alledged footage to either the police or AFL .
Personally I don't really care about the alledged footage , it only changes the level or depth of the underlinning issues, the already released material to me is enough to form judgement of the character of a large portion of the club its administration . Both parties have admitted to consensual sex, which again to me clearly shows the moral values held by those within the inner sanctum of St Kilda FC . Like it or not , more than one at the club knew for some time that one of their players where in a deceptfull sexual relationship with someone morally inappropriate and obviously did nothing , or enough, to avoid this trainwreck !
The AFL also has to be questioned , I find it really difficult to believe that KD did not make them aware of the material she had in her possession, no matter how it became in her possession , and has let her down, by not identifying that she was obviously desperate for help , and all those who are associated with AFL football, not just those at AFL level because they will not be the ones who struggle for player numbers or sponsor etc as a result of this !
It is a extremely terrible situation for all parties , unfortunately as
alluded to above there will be many innocent parties who will
see the effect for a long time and may never recover !

If Freediver decides to delete the thread for what ever reason, this or requests that I go through the thread and remove what you regard as inappropriate/illegal content, then by all means, I shall oblige.

Might I suggest you report my posts if you feel so passionate about it this and leave it up to this sites owner to lay down his own law?

Rumours are only rumours...peoples imaginations get the better of them sometimes.

The media and AFL want her to put more pics up, want to write headlines like "Defiant Nude Pic teen breaches court order"...because they can then impose restrictions on her internet usage, or deny her internet access all together.

If she does it, it will be done in a manner whereby they wont be able to pin it on her.

She's not as silly as you think!

local rag....I don't know where you got your information from, but to my knowledge the video does not contain images of:

1. schoolgirl sex

2. the girl in question is not in the video

3. no child pornography

and she did tell them about the video, why do you think they were trying to cut her down from the very beginning, after she released the other photos. They mistakenly thought that she could be bought off, like the previous victims, but she turned out to be a tough cookie.

The police are in a precarious position, because whilst they are in a strange bond with the AFL, they also have one of their own on 14 charges with this same person.

Another email chain names the pregnant girl, the two St Kilda players, and the third AFL player allegedly involved — and identifies one as the father.

"I just think people who get off on sending these emails in this viral fashion and sending them to 10 people and having the name of their firm on the bottom should just wake up to themselves," Mr Demetriou told Radio 3AW.

He said former AFL players who had forwarded the email "haven't probably been the beneficiaries of the [AFL's] respect and responsibility policy".

" ... it says a lot about the stockbroking firms and the law firms and the people within the police force and anyone else who, as I said before, gets off on these sorts of emails," he said.

"They're really distasteful Neil. It's really, really, to me, I'm bemused why people think this is a good thing to be shooting these emails around."

Now, what action did the St Kilda club, police, and AFL take to ensure this girls own personal information and photos the players viral-emailed to all and sundry well before she posted theirs onto facebook stopped doing the rounds?

Did the AFL take any action against those players caught red-handed sending hers to begin with?

See, it wasn't such a big deal until it affected their players and clubs image, this young girls own reputation was never a factor, nor was it deemed to be a cause for concern 'safety wise' should her personal information end up in the wrong hands, ie, a sexually exploitive police officer due to face charges in February.

Whats happening is, she's told the media snippets of what's in them, so in response to this, they then in turn intentionally leak contrary to this...this or deliberately make it sound more incriminating on her behalf than it is with a view to getting her to do exactly what she did the last time when they kept going on about her not really being pregnant.

She put out! Showed us the pics of her being pregnant.

The media want their story... and the AFL want to know what she has at her disposal, because if it gets kept for court, this and is seen by her lawyer first, they wont be able to contain it, this and or know what they are up against before they get to court.

These pics and videos, (2 apparently) are her wild card!

Teenagers love nothing more than proving a point, especially when they know they are in the right...they are just trying to goader her on, they are getting bored and impatient, their articles are becoming trite and repetitive, so they want something new to chew on.

She met them at her school, at an intensive sports leadership clinic, (only 20 kids were selected to attend), they exchanged phone numbers there, and were believed to have ...

1) Caught up 3 days after meeting at school, went back to one of the players house had drinks and ....well, you know.

2) Organised to hook-up after the game in Sydney, given one of them spotted her in the grandstand and approached her and invited her back to their hotel after the match.

How does one spot someone they have never met before in a grandstand among thousands of people, then insist they had not recalled meeting her at the school clinic, this or knowing how old she was?

Re- nightclub.... how do most kids get into nightclubs these days?

Either they know someone on the door, (friend of a friend), the bouncer just doesn't care.. or they use fake ID.

Why did she lie about how she come to have the photos in her possession?

Because at the time she put them up on her facebook, she thought she may still have stood a chance at rekindling it with Sam Gilbert, (father of her babies)..this and was advised not to tell where she got them from when he initially sent them to her via email...so she had to think up something on the spot, so said she took them herself.
