Duthie has strenuously denied this allegation, this and was not required to attend court over the allegation at all.......she only found out she had to go to court re- the dickyleak matter one day before ...via twitter....lol!!

It was a simple court order, she didn't have to attend.



Even the AFL had a go at him over his exaggerated attempts to attack the girl, the school, the department of education....he went psycho....lol    , because it was too much for his pickled little brain to cope with..., like when he shot his mouth off at the principle, and made the situation much worse there too. Made  St Kilda look guilty by over reacting.

So, he's banned from the media now, isn't allowed to comment on the case any further.

Fact is, Ricky Nixon  made St Kilda look even more guilty by over reaching, when he accused a teenager of bribery, ...

...  Everyone knows he's the champion of bribery, so when he falsely accused  a kid of this...he just made the situation worse.

Would be like Lovett accusing Duthie of sexual harassment....

Schoolgirl photo circulated by AFL players

A photograph of a Melbourne schoolgirl who fell pregnant after allegedly having sex with two St Kilda football players is being circulated to other AFL players.

The email, which is also circulating various government departments, contains a photograph of two girls wearing cut-off St Kilda guernseys, The Age reported.

One of the girls is identified as the 17-year-old who claimed she had sex with two St Kilda players and fell pregnant to one of them.

Also being forwarded is a digitally altered image of the movie poster for Three Men and a Baby, with the actors' heads substituted for the footballers allegedly involved.

The schoolgirl went to police after her alleged sexual encounter was revealed on Facebook.

The Age said the emails had been sent to current and former St Kilda players, people at the AFL Players' Association and staff at a number of government departments.

The girl, who currently attends a Melbourne high school, said she first met the players at a children's football clinic.

St Kilda Football Club was informed of the pregnancy after the girl's principal learned of the situation.

Club officials have held a meeting with the players, who reportedly claimed they did not recall first meeting the girl at the clinic.

Fact is, St Kilda players, past and present  started this when they first forwarded on emails containing the 16 year old school girls photos , identity and personal circumstances, around May last year.

Why did they do this?


Because they didn't like it when her school principle notified the department of education, who then called the premiers office about St Kilda having knocked up a 16 year old school girl from the same school they conducted a leadership clinic at only months before.

Here, Nixon abuses the girls principle for following department protocol...
