There are so many questions and stones left unturned, and conveniently to the AFL's advantage.

However, in light of these players having contacted the girl just days after attending a clinic at her school, I think it's clear, the girl isn't the only one to have been caught out lying here.

And how was it she come to be in possession of these nude images to begin with?

And how did a photo of her posing in nothing other than a football jumper come to do the rounds, was she their trophy root?

Is it standard procedure for players to hook-up with 16 year old kids after attending sport clinics at their schools in Melbourne night spots?

Blame the schoolgirl as much as you like, but I think it's clear, these players neglected their own professional duty of care.

The issue is about a dumped girl who wants her 15-minutes of fame and she is willing to attack any innocent person available.

Or do you like to excuse her duty of care for when she lied?

And for when she frequented adult venues for sex.

DOesn't Duthie have a duty of care to advise guys beforehand that she is 17 and not the 18plus that she pretended to be?

And doesn't Duthie have a duty of care to advise all the guys that she has sex with that she will react quite psycho like if/when the guy dumps here?

And doesn't Duthie have a duty of care to simply accept that people she picks up at adult venues for sex will simply see that she is after sex and not a life time committment, unless Duthie advises them otherwise but then that would involve a duty of care as well!!

So Duthie does have a duty of care, and that includes not to "steal" data from someone else's laptop without their permission.

Finally Duthie has a duty of care to herself, to seek professional counselling and also to a read a book about being dumped from a relationship.

Your ideology is a tad warped here i'm afraid, for you just cant get the fact that these players are guilty of having neglected their own professional duty of care, as per their own AFL contracts, this and have not been forced to take responsibility for their own actions.

Why, because it's easier to blame the school-girl, and get on with the game.

They may think they have silenced her for now, and that it will all blow over, but eventually, the truth will come out in the wash, there are too many interested party's involved in the affair now for it not to.

And when it does.... you had best be prepared for the consequences.

Because the naughty school-girl turned me on excuse wont cut it when the ethics committee get involved, and they will.
