as previously debated at some length the ENTIRE story is that a elderly person left their estate legally and in sound mind the the Church and the kids appealed it and lost. The didnt 'get the rest of the loot'. It was already theirs and the greedy kids only wanted the money that was not theirs in the first place.

it is. And anyhow, it isnt COURT that is the expense but rather the lawyers you need to have to go there. Of course anyone with any experience in real life would already know that.
