E-Cigarette Company ‘Applauds’ Charlie Sheen Outsmarting Tough Canadian Smoking Laws

Sheen ran into a problem when Massey Hall organizers threatened to shut down the show and have him face up to $100,000 in city fines. Inside sources said Charlie bragged about “not needing an ashtray” or even “cigarette” to smoke.
Toronto is known for having some of the strictest smoking laws in Canada which include no smoking in workplaces, restaurants, dinner theaters and bowling allies.
