You had me there - until I read your punchline. I had no idea you'd converted to Islam, Yadda.

God is revealled to those who listen. Carefully. For many, many years. Seek, and ye shall find.

The righteous are just that: listeners.

Anyway - what would I know? I know nothing, believe me.

We 'become', what we 'immerse' ourselves in Karnal.

We are influenced by our surroundings, and by those, whom we choose to surround ourselves with, always.

I believe that.

Very true. I believe it too. The problem with righteousness is that it's a noun. You can't do righteousness.

But you can immerse. You can pray. You can listen. You can seek.

And if you're very lucky, you can find too.

I wish you much luck in your search, effende.

Yes Karnal, 'righteousness' is such a nebulous and hazy concept, which is so, so, difficult for men to understand.

It would better to just let men do whatever they please.

And for God to just be tolerant, and just forgive men, for whatever they do.

After all, men just don't understand what righteousness is.

That, certainly appears to be the desire [and wish!] of many men.

Dictionary;
licence  = =
1 a permit from an authority to own or use something, do a particular thing, or carry on a trade (especially in alcoholic liquor). Ø formal or official permission.
2 a writer’s or artist’s conventional freedom to deviate from facts or accepted rules.
3 freedom to behave without restraint.

But that, is not God's way.

Isaiah 48:10
Revelation 21:7-8

Alas, my friend, men (and women) WILL do whatever they please. We will do it whether we read God's law or not.

Why be concerned with what other people do? Better to be concerned only with what YOU do. After all, it is only by doing this that you may escape, God willing, "the lake with burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death".

God's way? Do you really think you know this? In all the billions of solar systems in this universe, in all the life forms in this dimension, in all the other dimensions, the heavens, the hells, the "lakes that burneth" and God knows what else - can you really say you know?

If you do, God's speed, my friend. But follow it and practice it. If it is right for you, it may well be good for others too, but they will only learn from your actions - not your correction of THEIR actions.

We do, after all, whatever we please, and we will only change our behaviour if we please.
