Graham Richardson says  .........
Jun 16th, 2011 at 12:18pm

Quote:
LABOR powerbroker Graham Richardson says Labor will lose the next election.

The former Hawke Government minister says the electorate had stopped listening to Prime Minister Julia Gillard, blaming carbon tax and her inability to empathise with “heartland’’ voters over issues such as cost of living.

“I doubt that Labor can win the next election now,’’ he told Channel 7 this morning. “I just can’t see it happening (a Labor win).’’

“You get to a point when people simply stop listening.’’

He said if there was an election held this Saturday, polling was so bad he doubted there would be a Labor member standing in Queensland.

He said it would be “pretty easy’’ for Opposition leader Tony Abbott to win.

However, Richardson said Gillard would not be dumped by the party and Kevin Rudd had no chance of gaining enough support for a comeback.

“The idea of changing leaders again is just not on,’’ Richardson said.

“She will not be dumped, she will not resign of her own accord, she will be there until the next election.’’

With the independants so concerned about giving the people a government that was stable, did they also mean they were not concerned that the government was broken, dishonest, incompetant, wasteful.

Its ok folks, we have a stable government (only becasue they are still existing so far) thanks to the independants Oakshott and Windsor. Never mind that labor are imploding, the government wasted billions, the NBN is going to blow out in cost, the carbon tax being a lie, your cost of living will be nothing you have felt before.

Thankyou Oakshott and Windsor.

Yes, thanks Graham, and to more breaking news, grass is green.

Although, I doubt that she will be there until the next election. We were told the same about Rudd.

Not ME

"She" paid HALF the cost of enough solar panels to generate enough electricity to cover 125% of consumption

"She" is lifting the
TAX-FREE threshold
to include ME, as "compensation" to cover any increase in electricity prices - resulting from a carbon tax

as you can see the old working families doesnt apply to the Labor Party anymore... only the well off can afford RE and never have to pay for powere again..havent yet heard of a pensioner being able to afford this kind of luxury.

we poor people are all glad for you buzz my family have all jumped on the bandwagon of subsidised solar power.. the biggest and best. as have  quite a few of the wealthier parts of Canberra... so shes doing a good thing..

us poor people face the prospect of our power bills going up by something like 16% on 1st July..right in time for winter never fails..

but this is the best of times... pity it isnt everyones best of times.

I find that hard to believe I believe the only reason you are in this RE is because you dont plan to pay for anything..you plan on it being FREE for the rest of your life.

if it was going to cost you double your normal power bill sorry I dont believe you would be in it.

along with all the other greenies..

in fact thats how it should be I have been lead to believe it costs a huge amount in money and carbon to put this all out there..

for instance a lot of the solar panels are made in China a very big carbon contributer.. and then shipped to this country .. logistics being another very BIG carbon contributer.

its all well and good telling us how wonderful it all is.. but in the mean time its all doing some kind of harm if we believe what we are told  to believe..

but someone calls its green.

and an awful lot think it doesnt create carbon.. its A.OK.. and thats not entirely true
