racism = =
1 the belief that there are characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to each race.
2 discrimination against or antagonism towards other races.

But pansi1951, your opinion about people who's views do not align with your own,
DOES expose yourself, as being a bigot.

bigot = = a person who is prejudiced in their views and intolerant of the opinions of others.

Bigoty, imo, is not that a person disagrees with another's opinion.

Rather bigots, are intolerant of another's opinion, to the point, that they will not tolerate another opinion [different to their own POV] being expressed.

e.g.
I do not want to shut down or gag moslems, from expressing what they believe.

Rather the opposite....
I want moslems to honestly express their, and ISLAM's worldview, so that we can all explore what the moslem worldview means to them.
If their philosophy [ISLAM] has merit, why wouldn't they, moslems, want to OPENLY promote the merits of their philosophy ???

e.g.
How can any of us hold a valid opinion [on any subject, on any issue], unless we inform ourselves ?
