I am running a footy tipping comp for the finals in the RWC amongst my family.

BIG question is ......... who will I pick when the ABs and Wallabies turn up in the grand final .........

That is presumptuous:

RWC 2007 winners:
South Africa vs  England  15–6

Runners up:
Argentina  vs France  34–10

The All Blacks & Aussies didn't even make it in the first 4.

The ABs erred in playing their top players against tonga.

At least don't put them on the field till after the first 30 minutes

Aussie have treated oconnor well
he won't play up again.

This is a disaster.

All part of the plan bobby.
We want to play SA in the quarter final

We'll WHIP them.  Smiley, then it's simple

That's rubbish - you always aim to win every match.
Losing can become normal your way.

AUSTRALIA to finish second in their Group and then go into NZ's half of the draw.

How funny.  Grin

Hi Andrei,
Just watched the news on 3 TV channels this morning.
The RWC was not even mentioned.
Seems the loss of the Wallabies is too dire to even mention.
If they'd won it would be wall to wall coverage.

Aussies are bad sports.

yes have to agree there... but then dont know too much about other countries...however its very noticable here that when they lose it goes off the radar..I thought Ireland were all over Australia to be honest..

we get told they dont play their best players in the early games.. but really 15.6. is bad very bad.

go the Allblacks I love watching them

Thanks Cods - nothing on TV about the RWC.
I want to see all the matches.
I can see the highlights on the RWC site above.

The Wallabies kicked the Yanks butts tonight in Wellington -  67-5.

http://www.cbc.ca/sports/story/2011/09/23/sp-rwc-australia-usa.html Quote:
FAussie -Anthony Fainga'a, was knocked unconscious in the final minute of the match while making a tackle.
Fainga'a lay motionless for several minutes before being taken off the field on a stretcher and faces a likely layoff due to a concussion

It was a terrible injury - he lay unconscious for ages & I thought he was dead
after a knee to the head.
Rugby is a very dangerous game.
