Muslim let off for shooting policeman
Sep 9th, 2011 at 11:44am

Quote:
A muslim terror suspect who wounded a policeman in a gunfight escaped conviction on serious shooting charges after a judge found "anti muslim sentiment " made him fear for his safety.

The judge found the man had a loaded gun down his pants when police approached him,

The crown argued the man deliberately fired upon police to avoid arrest.

The man maintained he did not fire at police but at the horizon in what was intended to be a warning shot so he could flee

A muslim carries an illegal handgun, fires at police wounding them to avoid arrest and he gets let off?

Ahhh the joys of multiculturalism.....

Despicable doesn't even begin to describe this decision.
I'm lost for words to describe just how loathesome I find this judge and his pathetic ruling.

Now can Australians with reasonable IQ’s finally understand why Indian call centre staff are being trained that Australians are backward and dumb, when this sort of thing happens and Aussies couldn’t care less.   Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Australia is going backwards, and is becoming an international laughing stock.

I want to see what Sydney District Court Judge Leonie Flannery looks like, we need to know why she acquitted him of shooting at Sergeant Adam Wolsey with intent to murder, shooting at him with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm, and shooting at him with intent to resist apprehension.  This pathetic excuse for a judge should be outed and made an example of.

I'll second that.

And then, ideally, she would be deported to a 'moslem paradise'......like Lakemba ?

But i'm only dreaming...............

Doesn't change the fact the gun was unregistered.
Does that mean, we should be allowed to keep unregisted guns because we are afraid?

Considering he was found guilty of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful discharging of a firearm, I'd say the answer to your question is a firm "no".

You'd have to read the transcript of the case to make a proper decision on whether or not the judge got it right. I wouldn't just go off the Tele's version. The reporting of the Aurakun "gang rape" springs to mind.

EXACTLY
what it means [thanks deb].      Grin      Grin      Grin

Or are you promoting discrimination, and a system of legal apartheid,
.....to be applied against non-moslems ???

Islamophobia is a bullshit word invented by muslims to silence critics of Islam.

Phobia- (n) A persistent, abnormal and irrational fear of a specific thing or situation that compels one to avoid it,despite the awareness and reassurance that it is not dangerous.

Islam is an Ideology a set of beliefs the rejection of an ideology cannot be classified as a phobia.
It is a fallacy that you can be phobic of an ideology!
The term Islamophobia is both technically and logically incorrect
All ideologies have their critics do you ever hear the words communistophobe or christianophobe?

This muslim shot a policeman with an illegal handgun to avoid arrest its a cock and bull story he fired in the air as a warning shot!

I'm so sick of judges like this one, pandering to Muslims as though they are a protected species.  Incidents like this one just make people hate them even more.

I dont hate muslims, most of them were unfortunate to be born into muslim families they cant help that, the death penalty for apostasy means they cannot leave Islam.
A revert should read the fine print on the exit policy before joining that death cult.
Muslims are the biggest victims of the Islam hoax.

I hate Islam, i dont see a problem with hating an ideology.
