Exponential Carbon Emissions
Sep 22nd, 2011 at 3:09am

IT'S A VOTE WINNER FOR NOT MUCH MONEY!

BREVITY IS THE SOUL OF WIT.... FREE MARKETS DEPEND ON THE FREE FLOW OF INFORMATION AND I THINK DEMOCRACY HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH SUCH A CONCEPT ASWELL  Wink Wink

*Sure....they're anti competitive as any subsidised job is.  It wouldn't be there without the tax payer.  Very damned difficult for a brainwashed collectivist to understand that I know....  (swaggy) *

The reason I specifically say it's a vote winner is because you are educating the people, which has to stand you out!

If you offer a solution you'll be laughing then!!

I SUGGEST THE BOTTLECK RATIONALE THAT MEANS IT MAY BE WORTH MAKING RENEWABLE ENERGY IN AUSTRALIA AS EVERYONE TRIES TO GO TO RENEWABLES AT ONCE WHICH WILL ALSO SERVE TO POSSIBLY SAVE OUR ABILITY TO BUILD THINGS ...but the tactical resolution is of course up to you!

Huh Undecided Undecided Grin

I have no problem with exponential economic growth. Exponential population growth is probably a bad idea, but that already seems to be solving itself.

Obviously I want to see carbon emissions reigned in, and I believe I have the most economical approach to doing so. However I steer well clear of the 'exponential growth' mob as they seem to stumble on the first question - exponential growth of what? Their first target seems to be exponential economic growth, but that is the one thing that can support exponenential growth because it is a measure of an entirely human construct - value.

I've come to expect that we not will be able to destroy the planet, nomatter how hard we try.
I think that humankind (religions, et al) overrates itself a tad  Roll Eyes

We can destroy what we have created..and we will. And not much much more other than a few thousand other species that have meant nothing to us anyway.

We are but simple bacteria in the scheme of things. We will continue to act as bacteria acts.

Yin/Yang: the power comes from the earth, the heavens just let us move!

A tree is rooted in the ground(Yin), but sways in the breeze(The heavens are Yang)!

Anyway, ... I must digress before I confuse myself!!  Roll Eyes

But basically exponential growth is a mathematical definition: nothing can follow it... though I'm thinking the spirit maybe can but that's another story! Staying real for a second,... nothing in life grows exponentially!

Grin

....anyway, you're an ideas man and I won't muck up your turf by spraying endless garbage on it! My general bechaviour in the other forums is basically a reaction to the endless profit stealing propaganda from the bean counters!!!

If I've got something to say I'll say it but I respect your (sub)forum wants to find answers and thus stay somewhat NEAT!

  Cheesy Cheesy

TRUTH IS BEAUTY, BEAUTY IS TRUTH!

Say 'MINING PROFITS' loud enough and they won't!

PROPAGANDA IS EASILY COMBATTED WHEN YOU THINK OF THE CHILDREN!

Fist there ws the Tao. The tao made the one, the one made the two and the two made the ten thousand things. on the back of all things good there is darkness. Strive for the light side and the power of the flow keeps them in harmony.(THE POEM OF THE TAO, there is another version but it didn't make sense to me so I memorised this one which is a little bit clearer than mud!  Roll Eyes Cool Cool Shocked  Shocked Cheesy Grin Grin

The coaltion will win the next election unless the labor party can get back to sombody more real in "Labor" terms..somebody like Crean.
Unless somebody else can give me the faith that I have in Crean, then I will not be voting for them.
Most of them are all that we pay for...and rarely anything more.
