what rules justify this ?

one of the goals at the moment is to eliminate spamming. this means not having a group of threads onthe same topic or resurrecting old topics simply with the view of spaming page one with a specific group of similar topics. until a small minority of people stop spamming my only real options are to merge these spamming threads or ban them.

I am genuinely surprised at the reaction from Buzz. we have sparred for years from opposite poitns of view but this is just whinging for its own sake. I think you would find most posters are a little surprised too and severla have expresse this to me privately.

He was brought to account for extremely bad journalism at best , outright lying rabble rousing at worst.

Interesting that you defend his "right" to be intentionally offensive to a minority group and yet ban someone for offending you.
