As I have said previously, let's hope that even in disagreement, which I'm certain will still be commonplace, there will still be the position of last resort, where we can agree to disagree, but still agree to continue to communicate, in a none aggressive manner.

that is my whole point whats the point of a forum if we all agree with each other... my point too is we should learn something whilst doing this its an amazing piece of techo and what do we use it for in the main.. abuse..PATHETIC!

its the same on facebook they talk about FRIENDS bandy the word around like confetti yet people kill themselves because of it..

hey and we are supposed to be the adults...

mostly lefties I can only guess..all agreeing its Abbott fault.. Cheesy

cods the members on the forum are from both the right and the left and there is more then politics to discuss, there are about 50 different subject to discuss things in if politics is not your game.

members are from all over the place America, South East Asia, England and naturally Australia that is some of the countries members are from and there is no abuse like there is on here.

thank you bomen yes I have had a look... i was referring to those that recommended it... it was started by someone who got fed up to the eyeballs with the personal abuse on here... I trust it isnt allowed over there..

for the most part I spend my time on the political board..mainly I think because I dont realy have anyone that likes to talk politics...and a lot I know are labs.. so it kind of gets into the old defend at all costs.. and lets be honest what suits one doesnt have to suit another..

I dont agree with this human caused GW... but does anyone that does believe in it.. ever take that into concideration... no I am the worst of the worst..hate my grandchildren.. have even had the death wish put on me..
extreme I know but there it is.. its a crime to have another opinion.. with the diehards.

That's right, just like people you know in the real world, you have those you shy away from, those that you barely acknowledge lest you get caught up with agonising chit chat, those that if you see them first, you look the other way, those that you don't open the door to and those that you converse with and then you have your favourites.

The more the merrier, I say too. You never know, we might get a really smart person on here one day.

I think nem outsmarts us all .. she too smart even for herself at times..cant believe she even bothers with types like myself... it must be galling. its tough being right all the time.. dont you think?

and as for the spelling and grammar... cant even go there...

I dont think I have fav pansie.. just those I avoid.. unless I am in the mood for the put downs..which isnt often.. as I find myself biting back..

a few righties on here give me a pain but I usually tell them on the boards anyway... I dont approve of being two faced either...like thinking its okay for one on my side whilst whingeing about the same thing from the left...

funny thing is I have never seen a lefty come out and tell another lefty they have gone too far..but thats life...I had Jehovahs on my doorstep the other day...maybe we could have no religious door knockers thank you stickers to put up on the letterbox. I feel uncomfortable shooing them away..lol

I always get the oldie with the child..

to each his own.. it depends on what I am doing if I am cooking watch out..I am not one for discussing what I believ in on the doorstep anyway..or in their case what I dont believe in.. I coudnt watch a child die for the sake of a blood tranfusion... sorry but I couldnt do it..
