Its just a pity these "new arrivals" you refere to don’t help themselves too much, as even after 5 years, 80% of them are on some form of welfare. Maybe if the welfare wasn’t such an altercative lure, then things might be different -

I'd love to have them at my place, and the orphaned children, the disabled and abandoned children, and the old homeless people, and the misplaced and downtrodden in this fast paced non-caring world that we call civilised society., but I cant, so I help in other ways.
