Iran is not a Muslim country. It is run by people who are non-Muslims - The shia clergy of Iran are not considered Muslims by the 90% of Muslims.

The majority of the country come from the strange Shia sect. 90% of Muslims follow mainstream Islam, while Iran is a basket case that comprises most of the remainder.

Holding up Iran as an example of a "Muslim" country, is a bit like holding up Mormon Utah as a "Christian state" - even though Mormons believe that joseph Smith was an American prophet who lived in the 19th century, and they even have a new Bible.

Acting in a film which shows up the Iranian regime is a crime.
Truth is a crime punishable by 90 lashes.
I think I would rather die than have to go through 90 lashes.
