This nuclear insanity will only benefit the rich - the international organized corporate mafia will suspend democracy and get some smart 'rse technocrat economist to stick us with the economic and clean up blll after have raped robbed Australia.  just say no to nukes and no to corporate greed and corruption every time.

People are trying to say NO! to corporate greed and corruption, but they get arrested.

The peasants will be squished underfoot. How dare people speak out about the government in a democracy. They should know better.

Then we need to be better organised and proactive to out flank corporate greed politically and legally.  We need to up the anti strategically.

We aren't cynical enough, too many people believe that the government have our best interests at heart, they dont, we need a peoples revolution. Globalisation  is not proving to be the best solution for people on the street, just big business, I bet the likes of andrei love it.

I shudder at the thought of another hung parliament the thought of independents holding guns to the head of the head honcho is not my go...do you remember when they had a draw at the AFL grand final and decided to replay it..they then thought about it and realised that was a mistake...

well I do hope someone has given some thought to an outcome like this ever happening again..which it very well could.. people are polarised these days..more so than I believe they have ever been... and julia has done untold harm we know the left dont see it that way on here at any rate... but out there there is a lot of dissatisfaction..

like it or not.. she is in a position where she cannot be moved.... they are dead if they do and dead if they dont.. so she can go in boots and all what does she have to lose. swanny is nowhere to be seen... he and booby just disappear off the radar..

I am not saying the Libs are that much better... but I sure as hell hope they never go down this route of buying votes.. with ridiculous promises..

like pokermachine reform all in the space of 5 minutes...

we have a problem a huge problem..if you are going to step in do it properly not some halfbaked cooked up change that will probably do almost nothing to stem this avalanche.

cods<<but out there there is a lot of dissatisfaction..>>
.....................................................................

You're right cods, there is a lot of dissatisfaction out there, but it's A political dissatisfaction, not really centred at the Labor Party in particular, but at the 'system' that let it get into this state in the first place.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard is urging her party to reverse its policy and allow uranium exports to India.

Calling for a policy change that is likely to be adopted, Ms Gillard said it's time for Labor to broaden its platform and "strengthen our connection with dynamic, democratic India".

Ms Gillard said uranium sent to India would have to be accompanied by guarantees it not be used for weapons.

"We must, of course, expect of India the same standards we do of all countries for uranium export - strict adherence to International Atomic Energy Agency arrangements and strong bilateral and transparency measures which will provide assurances our uranium will be used only for peaceful purposes," she told Fairfax.

For years the opposition has been calling on Labor to change its policy so Australia can tap into the lucrative and expanding Indian market and the Indians have also been pressuring the government.

I don't quite get what you're upset about?

So are you telling me that in August last year Abbott didn't make any attempt to form a hung government?

And there is a lot of disatisfaction. With both sides.  That's all just gillard's fault, in your books, is it?
