It's the kind of nonsense that encourages teenage girls to have kids -
if we are silly enough to pay for them.
We now have multi-generations of feral people that will be welfare dependant forever.
It's another stupid Govt. policy which we have to pay for against our will.

I don't like a number of places my taxes go. Ex GG's and pollies for one or is that two.
