I call it writing with spite... and what injustice he has to appear in court next year....I love the way you stick up for real mongrels..yet this guy who obviously has brain damage you claim he is getting off with something he hasnt been to court for... I call that injustice being judged by those who really wouldnt have a clue..

there is a small claim that he didnt punch anyone just pushed as he was being manhandled..I think that is for the courts to decide not the judgemental on here..

I am sure taxi drivers get assaulted all the time... better ask Latham.. but because Newton is a celeb.. he gets outed..thats one of the differences... ask youself if he was your son would you like his every move in the media???..he is being judged.. why bring it to a thread like this???

It doesn't matter to me personally whether he gets convicted or not - but anyone with such a history of violence usually ends up in gaol eventually.

the guy gets to go to a mental hospital whilst it isnt gaol I agree but he is still locked up.

as far as I know being mentally ill doesnt put anyone in gaol.. they go to an institution..

so no real need for the crack about only the poor going to gaol..

I am just saying this guy is being condemned on here all because he is a celeb..anyone that has a history of this type of thing is ill, to me thats obvious..

all I am saying is this story has two sides to it..that I have seen..

like you I am not sticking up for him one way or the other.. I just dont like the posts on here that seem rather cruel and unnecessary to me..as he hasnt been to court yet.leave the guy alone thats all I am saying..

AH! Yes the depth and breadth of understanding about the complexity of mental health and it's associated problems is heart warming. So good to know most of you are still living in the 19th centry. I fear for any family member of yours that develops a mental health problem, you will want them locked away where they cannot embarrass you.

was his family any more dyfuntional than a lot of others??? I doubt it.HE IS GETTING THE HELP HE NEEDS..personally I think the trouble is.. he will always need help. this isnt going to go away in a hurry.

I am sure Patty and Bert are taking a long serious look at their lives but their daughter seems very well balanced.. so maybe Mathew was born with a mental issue that has been provoked by his lifestyle.
