were you aware that 1 in 4 people will suffer from a mental health problem in their life. This is an amazingly common condition but some how shunned by so many. So embarrassing that uncle so and so committed suicide.

yes I think I am fully aware so I trust your comments are not meant for me... I believe in giving everyone a fair go..and if they have a mental problem well they deserve even more of a fair go.

knowing people that work with the aged and alzheimer's I am fully aware of what they put up with.. its not a bed of roses..mental illness is cruel and I dont think I have ever been one to point fingers..most doesnt lead to violence...but a lot does. especially with alzheimers.. its not our place to judge.

I don't agree with the poll because I believe in a fair and unadulturated trial.

Yeah it's a disappointment for the public to see the product of two (seemingly) very lovely people going off the rails so often.
But then again, Bert has his own darker side which the public foregoes looking at because of the image that he brings to the screen.
And not that there's anything wrong with that. Bert is an amazing icon of Australian television. He has brought a lot of joy to a lot of people and he would be welcome aboard anyone's karma train I'm sure.

For me, Matthew Newton is a lot like Kyle Sandilands. I just can't stand the sight of him or any word that comes out of his mouth.
Couldn't care less if he did the right thing for the world or not. I don't see any inert significance there at all, but he still deserves a fair trial.

I dont have any problems with discussion about mental illness the more we understand the better..however this is just a tear down a celeb for the sake of it.. its cruel and pretty disgraceful I think.. if it happened to one of theirs and everyone in the neighbourhood came out with these cruel statements I bet they would soon be on their high horse....

Personally, I'd be happy to be in his position.
..Banging heaps of dumb broads who like the bad boy image, and being famous for having little or no real talent.
The only ones with the mental illness are those who pity him.

He's got you all sucked in by being a pathetic spoilt brat. He should do the world a favour.
I have not one spare thought for that imbecile, there's too many good people to care about.

two wrongs as the saying goes...

we need to understand more about this illness.. Matthew did far more damage to himself with his lifestyle of drugs and booze.. by the look of things irreversible damage.

that to me is very sad and cruel..I dont for one minute condone what he has done

but I dont think what he did is because he wants to... thats the difference..

and the taxi business will go to court but already he is guilty according to the court of ozpol..

its great you stick up to stop violence against woman and oldies..pity there isnt more of it... however mental illness needs someone to stick up for it as well... I hope you agree.
