I find that sometimes I can't either - I press the save option and nothing happens.

The work around which works for me is to copy the text onto the clipboard (copy function) then press F5 to refresh and copy the text back - it works OK then, that is using IE 9.

I suspect that it is something going on with my machine - an IE setting or something but it does not bother me to just refresh when I need to.
