Labor's had a nice 16 year run in Queensland.
Healthcare in crisis, education seems to have improved some though, however roads are still a disaster and I wait with baited breath to get cut off again this wet season.
Notwithstanding her impressive performance during the emergencies last year, it is time for a change.
Labors arse is grass, and the electorate be a Victa.

Can prime minister in waiting Kevin Rudd steer HMAS Bligh away from the 2012 election rocks and then make Miss Gillard walk the plank ?

Rudd's big call

From:The Australian January 17, 2012 12:00AM

IF Kevin Rudd is seen to help Anna Bligh win an unwinnable election, then the message to his federal colleagues is clear: "Back me and we're a chance to win the next election" ("Rudd called in to boost Bligh", 16/1).

If he ties himself to the result of the Queensland election and gets it wrong, he's gone for another chance at the top job. It's a big call.

The rains finally arrived on Saturday up here cods and hasn't stopped, so it  looks like the long awaited Big Wet season is back thankfully.
This time last year it had been raining though since August, which was unusual at the time.

Lol always the way. The lefties, namely Oz and jalane, can't actually defend the facts, so resort to ad hominem attacks. Again, I ask: why didn't she do anything to prevent the floods, and tell me one thing that she's done right in the last couple of years.
