Query to "perceptions"
Feb 2nd, 2012 at 10:18am

Why did you see fit to move my topic?

Reckon that it isn't political,

that Tim Flannery is not a VERY influential mover in politics?

Wasn't he (the professor of something else) predicting haphazardly, cause flood-havoc in Q-land?

Isn't he part-responsible for the coming carbon tax?

My post was in a light vein but only on the surface,  and,

definitely relevant to this section.

Simply because it was not on the correct board.

As was this thread, which is why this thread was also moved.

what about "rego for cyclists" what does that have to do with the price of bacon?

when it comes to climate change a few short months ago you couldnt get on the front page unless it was about CARBON TAX.

maybe cyclists having run ins with celebs is far more important..all of a sudden.

The politicians suck board is about politicians. This does not include whatever commentators you consider to be influential.

Why the drama about a moved thread?

This is what you get when you get a moderator who thinks the beginning and end of his job is moving threads around based on his own rather poor understanding of what is and isnt 'politics'.

The dama is right here in this unnecessary thread.

Longy do you know what the difference is between politics and politicians? The politicians suck board is not the 'politics' board. Why do people have such trouble with that concept?

The thread was closed because of the insults directed at other members in the opening post. I am also not a big fan of grand exits.

It was not moved for being 'worse'.

Well, you seem to have little to do in your life.

The mongrel Flannery, has a lot to do with the political "climate" and if you don't recognise simple facts, then you should involve yourself in embroidery or knitting.

If only you were a moderator Longy. You could have saved everyone from this intolerable situation.
