There is no way the rich should get subsidized Ambulance care - it should be free for all, not just the Government & Big Business...

Never trust the Government - any ideology they put out - right wing or left is designed to create class inequality and transfer wealth from the workers and low incomes to the political & corporate class - period.

If you have health insurance I have always found it picks up 90% of the cost of dental visit.

Aside from the time I got my teeth whitened with lasers before my wedding which set me back almost $2,000 but that's not ever going to be picked up by the insurer haha.

Back to my point though, why are there so many people who want something for nothing?
If I have to pay for dental care, why shouldn't anyone else?

How is it fair for you to have it free when everyone else has to pay?

If you want something, pay for it.

The bit i love in your logic is that you think that anyone who works is paid way over what they are worth like you are, when the reality is that their are a majority of people who work much harder than you will ever know with skills you will never have and with much less opportunity than you have had. Amazingly since the late 80's the rich seem to think that they are poor and that to contribute to the health of their communities is a crime and injustice. After all they have the cash for private hospitals, houses in secure communities, private schools eta, so the rest can get stuffed. AH the "ME" generation and the selfish little bastards they bred.

Do the well off need a health rebate?.  Should someone that is in the top 10 percent, of income earners have a rebate?.  There are a lot of low income workers, that work 60, or 70 hours a week.  They are still not well off people.
