Japan is also now doing the final paperwork needed to set up an international economic planning agency with an initial funding facility of $10 trillion or about 200 times what the World Bank lends every year, according to Japanese government sources. There will be some sort of announcement about this and other things on Tuesday evening, March 27th, 2012 Japan Standard Time according to illuminati and White Dragon Society sources. The arrest of some very high profile individuals is imminent.

There was a clear indication of change on March 20th, when instead of having the cabal scheduled earthquake hit Tokyo, a magnitude 7.4 earthquake hit Oaxaca, Mexico exactly when President Obama’s daughter was vacationing there. Furthermore, this earthquake was advertised in advance through pamphlets distributed locally. This is a clear sign the bad guys no longer play the HAARP.

Another sign of change was the public rebuke of Obama, Clinton and cabal controlled media outlets when the official Chinese government news site, Xinhua stated that North Korea was not on the agenda of the 50 nation nuclear security summit taking place in Soeul [Seoul], Korea this week. The cabal propaganda media has been carrying a fake story about nuclear danger from North Korea even though that country has already announced it will cease nuclear weapons development.

The secret agenda behind this 50 nation summit is an attempt to steal 200 tons of gold that is in South Korean warehouses. That theft is not going to be allowed to go ahead so the cabalists will leave the summit empty handed.

There was also plenty of speculation about a coup d’etat in China last week. All that happened was that a Maoist cabal agent Bo Xilai was removed from power after one of his henchmen was discovered taking instructions from the US consulate in Chongqing, according to MI6 sources. UK police chief quits amid hacking scandal

Scotland Yard's communications chief has resigned after the force decided to launch disciplinary proceedings against him over the awarding of a contract to an ex-News of the World executive.

Dick Fedorcio was facing gross misconduct allegations over the decision to hire the Sunday tabloid's former executive editor Neil Wallis to provide PR advice for the Metropolitan Police.

An investigation by the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) concluded that Fedorcio had a "case to answer" over the procurement of the contract.

Wallis's company Chamy Media was paid STG24,000 ($A37,000) by the Met for communications advice between October 2009 and September 2010.

Fedorcio has been on extended leave from Scotland Yard since August pending the investigation into his relationship with the former News of the World executive, who was arrested on suspicion of phone-hacking last July but has not been charged.

The IPCC's report, which it sent to the Met on January 10, will be made public shortly.

IPCC deputy chair Deborah Glass said: "Our investigation found that Mr Fedorcio has a case to answer in relation to his procurement of the contract for Chamy Media.

"Last week the Metropolitan Police Service proposed to initiate proceedings for gross misconduct and I agreed with that proposal.

"In light of Mr Fedorcio's resignation today, those proceedings cannot now take place and I propose to publish our investigation report detailing our findings in the next few days."

Earlier this month the Leveson Inquiry into press standards heard that Fedorcio invited people from leading PR firms Bell Pottinger and Hanover to submit rival bids for the contract that was awarded to Wallis.

Chairman Lord Justice Leveson suggested the Met head of public affairs chose these companies because he knew they would be more expensive than the former News of the World executive, adding: "The point is, this is set up to get a result."

Fedorcio denied this, but confirmed that he initially wanted to award the contract to Wallis without any competition.

Wallis offered his services as a PR consultant to the Met over lunch with Fedorcio in August 2009, the inquiry heard.

The Scotland Yard communications chief, whose deputy was on long-term sick leave at the time, discussed the possibility of hiring the ex-tabloid executive with then-assistant commissioner John Yates.

Yates said Wallis gave him "categorical assurances" that there was nothing about the News of the World phone-hacking case that could emerge later to embarrass the Metropolitan Police if he was given the job.

Fedorcio said he only became aware that Wallis was of interest to Scotland Yard over phone hacking on the day of his arrest on July 14 last year.

Yates has told the Leveson Inquiry he was "good friends" with Wallis, and attended football matches and dined out with him.

In a recent interview with David Wilcock, Insider ‘Drake’ stated a comprehensive plan to arrest all corrupt globalist, banksters and the political elite within a 72 hour period involving the closing down of U.S. borders and satellite communications to prevent and out of country money transfers.  Drake added that a transition plan is already in place to convert the U.S. dollar to one that is not based on fiat currency.  Additionally, we can expect to see the release of many suppressed technologies that will make our modern life seem like the Stone Age.

Drake mentioned that other countries and non-aligned nations have already stepped outside of the financial control of the G5 and G20 in a new financial system that was implemented on Monday.

The insider also stated that JP Morgan, Bank of America and Citibank are on the verge of collapse adding that the Euro is set to collapse, which in turn, would collapse the dollar.  To finance this changeover in currency, Drake stated that there are old funds held by patriotic entities that have enough money and valued assets to pay for our national debt 4x over, adding, “This is not collateral accounts, this is private accounting.  The end result will be the end of taxation, the release of suppressed technology and prosperity for all.

Continuity of goods and services should still remain in tact, and while there may be a few short discontinuations of services, they should occur for any long periods of time.  It may be a good idea to have a small stockpile of basic necessities, such as water, canned food, toilet paper, etc…

In recent alternative news, as seen here on in5d, we have shown numerous articles on the plethora of bankster resignations in the past several months.  According to Drake, many of these people gathered their families and a large quantity of money and moved overseas.  Drake added that these people will be hunted down no matter where they are on this planet. In regard to the elite, Drake stated that “There’s gonna be some hangings.  There’s gonna be some people jumping out of windows” but added that he does not want to see the riotous lynch mobs emanating from our society.

“The idea of the police state will not exist as it does now,” stated Drake. According to this insider, the FEMA camps will not be used for the general population, but for the corrupt politicians, banksters and global elite.

Drake stated that “there's gonna be a 72 hour shutdown. no one will be able to fly or use any satellite technology to prevent the crooks from leaving the United States and from pilfering money electronically.”  While shutting down the satellites may affect cell phone service, internet connectivity and even possibly the use of automobiles, this will be done as a preventative measure to ensure that the elite do not pilfer any money to offshore accounts.

Drake stated there will be a specific education channel will be televised for the educating and reeducating of people to our new society, adding  there will be county, state and national positions created due to the number of people getting ousted from office as these politicians will be temporarily replaced with interim officials appointed on a temporary basis.

At this point in time, it is unclear who will be appointed to any specific position along with who will be the people making these decisions.

The ramifications of this event will lead other countries to follow suit in a global revolution.

GOLD & SILVER REPORT: South Carolina Office of the Treasurer Concludes Banking Cartel Has Engaged in Illegality and “Artificial Price Suppression”

In 2011, after researching the State’s options for investing in gold and silver, The Office of the Treasurer of the State of South Carolina quietly released a ground-breaking “Gold and Silver Investments” report. This incredible report is a must-read for any one interested in gold and silver metals ownership or in understanding the criminality now inherent throughout the fractional-reserve banking and fractional-reserve bullion banking systems.

The report specifically cites the rampant illegality which now dominates the banking and bullion banking systems, noting that major components of current banking practices are in direct conflict with South Carolina laws. And in only six pages, one of the highest offices in state government validates all of the most significant precious metals manipulation claims made over the years by GATA, Bill Murphy, Chris Powell, Adrian Douglas, Ted Butler, Eric Sprott and the rest of us in the precious metals news and information community.

The author of the report clearly understands the illegal and deliberate nature of the banking cartel’s price suppression schemes and ultimately concludes that investing in gold and silver is therefore too risky for a State government. In the report the Office of the Treasury specifically cites the illegal nature of the fractional reserve bullion banking and COMEX schemes. The author specifically notes that COMEX and bullion banking practices are in direct conflict with the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976 SECTIONS 11-9-660.

On page 1 of its ‘Gold & Silver Investments’ report the Office of the State Treasurer reports the following:

“Similar to other commodities, the value of gold and silver is determined by supply and demand, as well as speculation. The Federal Reserve, The London Bullion Market Association, JP Morgan Chase, and HSBC Holdings have practiced fractional-reserve banking and engaged in naked short selling causing artificial price suppression.”

Unfortunately (and we would advise the office of the Treasurer to re-examine this specific opportunity), the author concludes that investing directly in physical gold and silver coins and bars is not a practical option for the State given the storage, cost and security issues associated with the ownership of physical bullion. From page 3:

“South Carolina does not have the capacity to store or funding to secure gold and silver bullion. For these reasons the State Treasurer’s Office does not advise investing in gold and silver bars and coins.”

But it gets better… also on page 3 of the report, the Office of the Treasurer also concludes that investing in gold and silver via certificates of deposit is risky because the practice of fractional-reserve bullion banking is so rampant that one cannot count on the “allocated gold certificates” in the event of a banking run. The author concludes that physical gold may not be available in physical form to deliver to those holding allocated gold certificates.

“Certificates for allocated gold present an accountability problem. Allocated gold certificates are supposed to be correlated with specific numbered bars; however, it is difficult to verify whether a bank is improperly allocating a single bar to more than one investor. Also, unallocated gold certificates are a form of fractional reserve banking and do not guarantee an equal exchange for metal in the event of a bank run on the bank’s gold on deposit. This is in conflict with S.C. Code of Laws 1976 SECTION 11-9-660.”

The report goes on to conclude that exposure to gold and silver via Derivatives is equally foolhardy:

“Over the past three years, gold futures traded on the New York Commodities Exchange (COMEX) have encountered significant accountability problems. Holders of COMEX gold futures have frequently experienced delivery delays of their metals. Once delivered, there have been many reports of inaccurate weight and serial numbers on bars that do not match the holder’s contract.”

The informed author of this report concludes the expose by including a historical Gold/Silver Ratio chart on page 6. By including this chart the author covertly seems to be suggesting, “Though I can’t recommend investing in gold and silver based on the many inherent risks within the system, we really ought to figure out a way to take advantage of this opportunity any way. Especially silver.”

Prosecutor Fabio De Pasquale asked the court on Wednesday to find the former PM guilty of having paid a British lawyer $600,000 to lie in other trials.

Those proceedings involve charges of tax evasion and false accounting during Berlusconi’s business career.

The Cabal Members and their 6,000 or so minions are now quitting their banking positions in the hundreds and soon to be thousands, because the individual states filed the proper paperwork to become independent of the US Corporation (own by the Federal Reverse Bank, who's controlled by the Cabal)... which means that the US Military must obey what the states want, and not what the cabal wants!

This is HUGE! The military is sick and tired of following the orders of the Cabal as they know it's totally wrong... but they were forced to because it's the law. They must follow what the governing body tells them to do, and that governing body has been the United States Corporation which is controlled by the Elite Illuminati Gangsters. They have put the US Corporation in debt Trillions of Dollars through fraudulent actions of passing the losses on it, while stealing the profits through companies like Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase.
